Investigative Power has amongst its clients several of Ontario’s leading law firms. We’ve been providing all aspects of litigation support for these law firms in both Plaintiff and Defense cases for the past 20 years.

Several large corporations throughout Canada and the U.S. refer their pre-employment screening requirements to us for applicants ranging from Canada, the United States, UK and various other countries around the world.

Major hotel chains rely on our services relating to staff integrity testing and mystery shopping as well as other problems relating to the hospitality industry.

We have conducted forensic computer examination, to detect system, network and IT exposures.

ASSOCIATES' PROFILES

PRESIDENT OF INVESTIGATIVE POWER:

Terence Keen has a career path that includes five years as a litigation law clerk in London, England and service with the Australian government.  He served in the Police [BSAP] in Zimbabwe/Rhodesia for 13 years, retiring with the rank of Detective Inspector. He served four years in the Bophuthatswana Internal Intelligence Service as a senior training officer. He is an inquiry specialist with over 35 years of experience, who during his careers as a Police Detective and as a Private Investigator has dealt with major assignments of national and international scope.

Mr. Keen is a member of Canadian, American and British Police, Private Investigation and Military Associations.

SENIOR INVESTIGATOR:

Is a retired Detective in the Toronto Police Service.  His service spans 30 years and includes posting to Traffic Services, Drug Squad, and the Intelligence Unit.

COMPANY ASSOCIATES:

Investigative Power staff includes experienced Data gathering, Surveillance, Event Security, and Human Resources experts.

Investigative Power’s hands-on investigation teams are experienced in civil, commercial and criminal litigation as well as location and preparation of witnesses for court which include both Plaintiff and Defense teams.

Due diligence, background screening, Criminal Court checks for American and Canadian clients at local and International levels are a specialty of Investigative Power and carried out by staff well experienced in these fields.

COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY:

We currently have a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer that handles forensic computer investigations, data recovery and network security.
