Terence Keen has a career path that includes five years as a litigation law clerk in London, England and service with the Australian government. He served in the Police [BSAP] in Zimbabwe/Rhodesia for 13 years, retiring with the rank of Detective Inspector. He served four years in the Bophuthatswana Internal Intelligence Service as a senior training officer. He is an inquiry specialist with over 35 years of experience, who during his careers as a Police Detective and as a Private Investigator has dealt with major assignments of national and international scope.
Mr. Keen is a member of Canadian, American, British Police, Private Investigation and Military Associations.

Before joining Investigative Power Mr. Fralick worked for the Tax Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, England and prior to that was a member of the CPGA working as a golf instructor with the Clublink Corporation.
Mr. Fralick has a Business Marketing Diploma as well as Paralegal experience.
Mr. Fralick is a member of both Canadian and American Private Investigators Associations.
Mr. Fralick is currently on the Board of Directors of the Council of Private Investigators of Ontario and is also a member of American Private Investigators Associations.
